Goliath Flores is a multi-instrumentalist, singer/songwriter, and film composer. His live sound is a fusion of Latin, Classical, and Flamenco styles with an added unique vocalization of a trumpet sound.
Goliath was born in the mid 70's in Los Angeles, studied Classical Guitar in the late 90's in Dallas, TX, and has been based out of Jacksonville, FL since 2001. He's played thousands of gigs to date.
Goliath has been an independent artist for fifteen years, and is a versatile musician and composer whose styles range from orchestrated, to pop, to Latin/Flamenco fusion, and more. A unique icon of his live performance is his ability to mimic the sound of a trumpet convincingly enough to fool horn players, often sounding like more than one skillful musician on stage.
• Goliath has opened-up for Ricky Lee Jones, Paul Jackson Jr. and composed and performed the music for the film California Winter (2012) - [IMDb], [video].
